LIFY Membership

As Treasurer it is my job to welcome you by asking for two things.  First, in order to keep our group vital, we must continue to maintain our fiscal resources through membership support.  Secondly, to encourage members to participate in our various committees.  Our membership year is January to December.  LIFY supports organizations providing necessary and needed services to families at risk and in need.  Children and families are our greatest resources and it is our responsibility to support the needs of individuals of our communities.  Supporting LIFY is supporting children and families of Long Island.

In order for LIFY to continue to provide the level of support we feel is very much needed in a time where resources to help children and families are limited, please renew or join our membership.

• Individual Membership $25.00
• Agencies with a budget of 1 Million and under $50.00
• Agencies with a budget of 1 Million to 5 Million $100.00
• Agencies with a budget of 5 Million & above $150.00
• Public Agencies $ 100.00
